I Am Impressed With Portland Appliance Repair Customer Service

In August 2006, my Kenmore refrigerator stopped cooling and I was looking for an appliance repair company in Portland. I called several places before calling Portland Appliance Repair. It was almost midnight when I called and I was impressed right away. When I inquired about how they would handle my refrigerator problem their customer service was outstanding.
Portland Appliance Repair was also great at setting up an appointment that would fit into my very busy schedule. They were so helpful and even though they came on the weekend, they didn’t charge me anything extra. That is customer service.
The refrigerator has been perfect after they fixed it. I’ve had no problems at all. I am very glad I used Portland Appliance Repair and appreciate their high standards and ethics.
When they asked me if they can put my testimony on their web site, I told them that they certainly may put it on their web site. I would love to tell people how happy I am with their refrigerator repair service and their exceptional customer service.

Portland Appliance Repair was so helpful in determining the problem with my oven and fixing it right away

Specifically I would like to praise their technician. He was so patient and helpful when finding out why my oven doesn’t heat and why this happens how I can prevent something like this from happening again.
When I need appliance repair help I know who to call. They also referred other home improvement businesses which I used for my house needs and I was very satisfied with their work.

Nice treat from a reliable company

I used Portland Appliance Repair back in 2006, they fixed my dishwasher and since then it has been washing my dishes perfectly.
I have GE dishwasher and after the service has been working great. Only once have I had a problem with water hardness buildup, and Portland Appliance Repair sent me a special product which dissolves water hardness build up free of charge. This time I called Portland appliance repair to explain this issue and they found my name in their records right away and knew that they had worked on my dishwasher previously. The problem I had wasn’t related with my previous problem, but they still didn’t charge me for their service.

I am very happy I used Portland Appliance Repair

We have an old Wedgewood gas oven stove/oven that hadn’t been working for years. We were almost certain that because of the age of the oven can’t be repaired. When we called Portland Appliance Repair they assure us that they work on antique ovens and they would take care of the problem.
They sent a technician that same day and our oven was fixed right away. Since then we have been using the oven almost every day.
